This is the 2021-22 MAIN PROJECT of East Africa River Mission! We are currently developing this project in 4 villages along the Rufiji River, namely, KIPUGIRA, KIPO, NGORONGO, and MLOKA. Donors can individually sponsor a village project or give here to the General Dinner Club Fund, to be distributed where needed most.
All Donations towards EastARM’s Dinner Club Projects are charitably receipted, used to establish a regular village program supplying meals to the children of the Rufiji, Tanzania. $30/month fully provides for one child and their family. The program supports a dedicated staff working with the children to build up their school studies (including English tutoring), develop a youth soccer league for the boys and netball for the young girls, and in general show the kids of the Rufiji love and give them opportunities uncommon to the area; one village at a time. The Dinner Club first began as a Grade One school project for Lukumay Baker, son of EastARM Director, and has grown into a holistic program that has the potential of shifting the trajectories of an entire generation of Rufiji village children.
